Holden Days was a lot of fun with our 100th Anniversary celebration booth. We had a quilt of 100 squares signed by 100 current and former girl scouts, girls dressed in vintage costumes, and even Juliette Gordon Lowe!
We also had a camping demonstration with a very cool “virtual” campfire.
Many current, former, and potential scouts stopped by to take advantage of our giveaways like backpacks and cookies. A lot of fun was had by all and the day was a great success.
Many thanks go out to all who planned the event: Cindy Senes, Randi Jacob, Ellen Di Cerbo, and Anna Dodge (aka Juliette). Also to the leaders, family members, and scouts who helped out throughout the day. It truly was a group effort.
